Technical features and construction
The TW25 system is marked EN 1856-1 T450-N1-W-V2-L50xxx-G80, is designed for operation up to 450 °C, belongs to the N1 natural draft class and is suitable for operation in humid conditions. The inner tube is made of stainless steel EN 1.4404, the middle tube is made of stainless steel, and the outer tube is made of powder-coated stainless steel. The wall thickness is 0.5 mm for dn from 80 to 200 mm, and 0.6 mm for dn 250 mm. The system is resistant to soot ignition, has 25 mm injected mineral wool insulation, and the minimum distance to flammable materials is specified from 80 mm.
