Concentric air-flue system CLV

Air supply and smoke extraction system

CLV concentric flues are a specialized system designed to supply combustion air to insulated, room-air-independent heating devices and to remove combustion products into the atmosphere using forced draft. The system is used inside a building or installed in existing brick or concrete smoke exhaust ducts, making it a convenient choice for both new projects and renovation solutions. The CLV system is designed for gaseous or liquid fuel, therefore it is relevant for those facilities where a compact, technically clear and coordinated air supply and smoke removal solution is important.

Technical features and construction

The CLV system is marked EN 14989-2 T200-P1-W-V2-L50XXX-O00, is designed for operation up to 200 °C, belongs to P1 forced draft class and is suitable for operation in wet conditions. The inner pipe is made of stainless steel 1.4404, and the outer pipe is made of stainless steel. The wall thickness is 0.5 mm for dn from 80 to 200 mm, and 0.6 mm for dn from 210 to 400 mm. The system is not resistant to soot ignition, and the permissible distance to combustible materials is determined by the product marking and applicable legislation.

Wide selection of components for different installation situations

A big advantage of CLV concentric chimneys-ducts is the wide selection of elements, which allows the system to be adapted to different installation situations and connection schemes. The range includes concentric segments, concentric tees 90°, concentric tees with branch D.60/100 90°, concentric tees with branch D.80/125 90°, concentric elbows 90° and 45°, as well as concentric drain with blind end. Such a system allows for more precise route shaping, connecting additional branches, and planning service accesses where more flexible installation is required.

Compatibility and mounting flexibility

The CLV system also includes solutions that help to more accurately complete and adapt the installation to a specific object. The system offers connection adapters, intermediate supports and other related elements that allow maintaining a unified system logic from air supply to smoke removal. This is especially important in cases where the aim is not only to technically connect the device, but also to maintain a consistent, coordinated and aesthetically neat solution throughout the route. CLV is therefore an attractive choice in projects where a clear system operating principle and coordinated components are important.

Why choose CLV

If you are looking for a solution that combines combustion air supply, forced smoke extraction, stainless steel construction and a wide range of components in one system, CLV concentric flues are a very strong choice. This is a system suitable for sealed heating installations, where a technically consistent, compact and operationally adapted solution is important. The final suitability of the system should be assessed in accordance with the heating installation documentation, installation instructions and applicable national requirements.
