On June 16, 2015, an innovation seminar was held in Estonia, organized by the Estonian Association of Chimney Installers and Chimney Sweeps.
During the seminar, specialists from “Vilpros Pramonė” familiarized the participants with the current European Union legal framework governing chimneys, as well as the classification of chimneys according to EU standards EN 1856-1, EN 1856-2, and EN 14989-2—which regulate the manufacture, installation, and operation of chimneys.
Seminaro metu „Vilpros Pramonė“ specialistai supažindino dalyvius su dabartine Europos Sąjungos teisine sistema, reglamentuojančia kaminus, taip pat su kaminų klasifikacija pagal ES standartus EN 1856-1, EN 1856-2 ir EN 14989-2, kurie reglamentuoja kaminų gamybą, montavimą ir eksploatavimą.
It is expected that in the near future, most installers and retailers in the heating sector will completely phase out uncertified products in order to ensure quality and prevent fires.
