The project aims to digitize the company\u2019s manufacturing operations in accordance with the recommendations provided in the technological audit, with the goal of improving the quality of manufactured products, production process management, and compatibility, as well as increasing the company\u2019s productivity. During the project, investments are planned in automated metalworking equipment, a welding robot, ERP, and packaging systems. Thanks to this equipment, the company will fully modernize its production processes, which will increase production productivity, improve product quality, and reduce production costs. It is expected that upon project completion, errors in the production process will decrease, order planning and fulfillment will become more accurate, and production capacity will increase. UAB \u201cVilpros pramon\u0117\u201d is one of the largest manufacturers of chimneys in Northern Europe. Every year, the company successfully expands its sales geography and is constantly seeking new partners in various countries. Currently, the company exports to more than 20 countries.
